1. Purpose of using personal information
Students' personal information registered at the time of entering the university will be under secure management and will not be used other than for the admission procedure. Other personal information we request at the time of the entrance examination will be used only to send college brochures, information about college events, and other related information. It may also be used for creating anonymous data documentation regarding entrance examinations.
2. Disclosure of personal information
Kurume Institute of Technology will not disclose students' personal information to anyone without getting the permission from the students.
3. Correction of personal information
If a person wishes to see, correct or delete his/her registered personal information, please contact the Office of Admission and Public Relations.
